A Story in AR to Envision the Future

The brainchild of two Motorola engineers, Iridium was conceived as the original small low-earth-orbit satellite network. At that time, the concept was new and the technologists that invented it could not explain its simple value and how it works.

To succeed, Motorola needed to attract $1 billion from investors into a space network that their technologists could not explain. We crafted an engaging technology story that engineers and investors could understand equally.

We created an immersive augmented reality campaign that visualized an almost unimaginable future that Iridium would make possible. Investors embraced the opportunity and Iridium was launched.
